You can learn more about the team and the proposals for new homes in Camden.
We are pleased to share that a full planning application for the regeneration of Juniper Crescent has now been submitted to Camden Council. Since a successful resident ballot in December 2022, Riverside and Countryside have been working with residents to develop a shared vision to build high-quality modern homes set in a vibrant green neighbourhood with beautiful spaces designed to be actively used. The planning application is for 478 homes that will provide 50% affordable homes based on habitable rooms. Of the additional affordable homes 70% will be social rent and 30% will be intermediate rent.
This marks a major step forward in our journey to deliver modern, energy-efficient homes, improved public spaces, and a thriving neighbourhood for existing and future residents.
We’d like to thank all residents and stakeholders who contributed their time, ideas and feedback to shape the plans. You can now view the submitted application, including detailed designs and supporting documents, via Camden’s planning portal. The reference for the application is 2025/3057/P and here is a link to the application and all of the documents submitted as part on our website here.
We will be sharing updates as the application progresses. For the latest updates, please check this site regularly or contact the project team.
